Today is our friend Diane's birthday who is watching Tigger for us. Hopefully Tigger hasn't given Diane too much trouble.
For today Cyndi and I have come up with our
Top Ten Reasons You Know You Have Been In Kazakhstan TOO Long List.
1. You go to the local restaurant and the waiters and waitress's know you and bring out your usual meal without you having to order.
2. You actually know more people in Kazakhstan than you do in your home town of Aurora, Ohio.
3. You long for a nice day back at work at Kaufman Container.
4. You walk down the street and people wave and stop to greet you because you have met them before.
5. The thought of a nice warm glass of Pepsi actually sounds somewhat appealing.
6. You start getting telemarketing calls asking you to switch Long Distance Carriers
7. You start looking at the Want Ads and Real Estate sections of the local paper.
8. People starting talking to you in Russian and you start to understand what they are saying to you.
9. You've played over a 100 games of Freecell, 200 games of Solitare, 50 or so games of UNO, you've watched every DVD you brought twice including all 24 episodes of 24.
10. You are so friggin tired of eating at the same 3 restaurants that you would actually kill to have McDonalds!!!
