Logan played his first game of "this little piggy" this afternoon - he found it just as fun as Max did almost exactly 3 years ago! :) It is amazing - the bonding room is like 110 degrees and he has 3 layers on!! I'm ready to strip down to my undies!!! I'm dying!! So I went ahead and played a game with pulling off his socks - so we wouldn't get in trouble! I truly need to bring something other than apple juice for him to drink - he doesn't keep it down - but did the orange/banana/pineapple from the other day - so I'm smuggling it in tomorrow! :) His teeth have come in a bit - two on the bottom - so eating his cookies is getting easier, but somehow I still manage to have as much cookie on me as he eats! ;-) We've also been taking in a jar of baby food and he likes that. :) We had bought him a 6/9 month outfit - I put it on him today - the pants are long - but the shirt is snug - so he'll "match" my other two kids - one size smaller on the bottom than on top! :)
On Friday, we are going out with our coordinator and her husband (driver) to dinner for my birthday! :) Wish I could have a Key Lime Pie Martini from Max Doogan's in Aurora! I hear my neighborhood Keno group is having Keno at Tina's! Have a drink for me. :) 29 again ;-) By the way - I've started Keno in Kazakhstan! The picture from yesterday with the three of us - is the core group - we're venturing out today to get 9 more players! I'm hosting and have a GREAT recipe for Horse Sausage! ;-)
It has been "do-able" as a friend of mine said about going to Semey - not easy - but do-able. Lets face it after a week on a luxury cruise ship - you miss your family, your bed, etc! I just wish the judge would take into consideration the week we are here between bonding and court for part of our post court time - but that is a dream. :(
