| Dear Journal, Logan is getting better, but he is still at the baby hospital. Cyndi visited with him twice today. I went once. I kind of feel uncomfortable at the hospital. It is all children and babies with their moms. I am the only father in the place. I notice alot of the dads hang out outside of the hospital, but don't come in. Their wives stop down and talk with them a bit, but they never go inside. Hopefully he won't have to stay at the baby hospital to much longer. Most of the moms have been very nice to Cyndi and I. Although we can't communicate they share their food with us to give to Logan. Cyndi and I made friends with a couple of the older kids who are their with their Moms and brothers and sisters. We hit the balloon around with them, and they seem to get a kick out of my Donald Duck voice. :-) I'm pretty excited because today we got some new DVD's. I actually got a copy of the latest Lord of the Rings video. From what I understand many videos become available here before they even hit the theatres. I've been wanting to see the Return of the King and it just so happens I have a few hours to burn. Tomorrow we have our preliminary court date or Guardianship hearing. Next week will be the custody hearing in which Logan will be able to come home with us. Not quite sure what to expect from the guardianship hearing. I figure we just go in and answer their questions. We don't have anything to hide and we are doing this for all the right reasons. Even so I hear that they can be quite intimidating. Oh well, we'll get thru it. We got to speak with Max this evening. We called him at Brent and Dawns house. As always it is great to hear his voice. Brent sent us some pictures of him which made our day. He looks like he is having fun. That is all for today. I'm sure Cyndi will update everyone on our Guardianship hearing tomorrow. Until then, that's all folks, Larry |
